The following deletion policy are as follows: Inactive or unverified applicant can be removed using the Delete J action. Although they are no longer visible in the list of Coustmer Account applications, deleted Coustmer Account are still accessible in reports. Before you start You need to move the Coustmer Account to an inactive state for the Delete action to be available. Here's what to do Open a Coustmer Account. What Happens When a Coustmer Account Deletes Their Profile External Coustmer Accounts, including ex-employees and ex-contingent workers, can delete their profile using the Coustmer Account self service. When a Coustmer Account identified as an ex-worker deletes their profile in the Coustmer Account self service, the Coustmer Account is marked as deleted, and there is no impact in Core HR. All associated with that Coustmer Account are deleted. When the same person later applies to a job using the same email, this person will be identified during the duplicate check as an ex-worker. Going forward only new will be visible in Coustmer Account self service, since the ones associated with previously deleted Coustmer Account are no longer available. Note that contingent workers, if they're processed as external Coustmer Accounts, can't delete their profile in the Coustmer Account self service.
